DAYgolf sends all their packages through PostNL. You can follow your package with their Track & Trace code. If you created a DAYgolf account, you can log in and follow your delivery-status there. 

Our delivery takes 2 to 4 workdays.

If you’re not complete sure about your size, you can try our size chart. It is available with each product. 

Our clothing is generally on the large side. 

Returning products are no problem for us.

If you ordered an item from DAY golf and it does not fully meet your expectations, you can of course return it.  You may return unworn, unwashed and non-damaged items within 14 days of receipt.

We will process the return within 5 working days of the receipt.

Return costs are for your own account.

Exchange is unfortunately not possible, we ask you to place a new order.

  • Fold the item and put it, preferably, in the original packaging. Protect the item well, because we are not liable for damage to a returned item. 

    Do not forget to fill in the return form (click here) and send it back.

    Stick the return label on the package.

    Send your return as a package with a Track & Trace code and preferably not as a postal item, sometimes these can get lost. We cannot credit lost returns. 

    We will refund the return amount within 14 days via the payment method chosen by you.

If you placed an order, you cannot cancel it anymore.

You can return your item after receipt. If we’ve received the ordered items back in good condition, we will transfer the purchase amount to your account within 14 days. 

Please note that the costs for the return are for you own account.

We will, of course, do our very best to deliver your order complete and on time. If something is missing or something else is wrong, kindly contact us within 7 days of receipt.

-Copy of proof of purchase or order number

-Photo where the problem is clearly visible

-Brief explanation about the lack/defect of the item(s).

We will then resolve this as soon as possible.

By law, and article is required to be in good condition and must function properly under normal use. There is no fixed term associated with the expected useful lifetime at the time of purchase. More can be expected from some articles than from others.

If you have an item that does not function properly within the applicable warranty period, we will look for a suitable solution as soon as possible. 

For example by replacing or repairing the item.

If your item is simply worn out or if the problem was caused by your own fault, you are not entitled to a replacement or refund. 

Every DAY golf item contains a care label with the most important washing and drying instructions. Wash all clothes inside out and according to label directions at 30 or 40 degrees Celsius. Please do not use a dryer. DAY golf clothing stays nicer if you hang it to dry.
